Take lots of pictures of the scene of the accident, from your point of direction as well as his, you have a very good chance to fight it if it comes down to that, but most likely his insurance company will just pay it off. The bad part of this is you mmight just get book value for it, but that also depends on how your insurance company has your car valued. Good luck man.
